These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Maysa Property website and the booking of accommodation through our platform. By using our website or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Us

Maysa Property provides luxury serviced apartment accommodation in London. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to Maysa Property. References to “you” or “your” refer to the guest or person making a booking.

2. Bookings

2.1 Making a Booking

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed once we have received full payment or the required deposit and you have received a booking confirmation from us.

2.2 Booking Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the booking process is accurate and complete.

2.3 Minimum Age

The lead guest making the booking must be at least 18 years of age.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Prices

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise stated. Prices shown in other currencies are for illustrative purposes only; all transactions are processed in GBP.

3.2 Payment

Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

3.3 Security Deposit

A security deposit may be required for your stay. The deposit will be returned within 14 days of checkout, subject to a satisfactory property inspection.

4. Identity Verification

For the security of our properties and compliance with legal requirements, we may require guests to complete identity verification before or during their stay. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in cancellation of your booking.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

5.1 Cancellation by You

Cancellation policies vary depending on the property and rate selected. The applicable cancellation policy will be clearly displayed at the time of booking.

5.2 Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel a booking in exceptional circumstances. In such cases, we will offer alternative accommodation or a full refund.

6. Check-In and Check-Out

Standard check-in time is from 2:00 PM. Standard check-out time is by 11:00 AM.

7. Guest Responsibilities

During your stay, you agree to:

  • Treat the property and its contents with reasonable care
  • Not exceed the maximum number of guests specified in your booking
  • Not use the property for any unlawful purpose
  • Not host parties, events, or gatherings without prior written consent
  • Comply with any building rules or regulations communicated to you
  • Not smoke inside the property (including e-cigarettes and vaporisers)
  • Not bring pets unless the property is listed as pet-friendly and prior approval has been obtained
  • Report any damage, faults, or maintenance issues promptly
  • Respect neighbours and keep noise to a reasonable level

8. Damage and Liability

You are liable for any damage caused to the property or its contents during your stay. We reserve the right to deduct the cost of repair or replacement from your security deposit.

9. Our Liability

  • We are not liable for any loss or damage to your personal belongings during your stay
  • We are not liable for any disruption caused by maintenance, utility failures, or circumstances beyond our control
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for your booking
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website is the property of Maysa Property or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

11. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
